Four Squared Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager for a key leadership role within a well-established organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a national team of sales professionals, driving growth and fostering strong relationships with key accounts. If you are an experienced sales leader with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and delivering results, this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee, mentor, and inspire a national team of both internal and external salespeople, ensuring they meet individual and collective sales targets.
* Join the Key Accounts Manager on client visits to strengthen relationships with major accounts and support strategic sales efforts.
* Regularly assess team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement targeted strategies to enhance productivity.
* Provide ongoing training in specification sales, project management, and client engagement to ensure best practices are followed.
* Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with broader company goals and marketing campaigns.
* Ensure the team maintains a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and drive successful deal closures.
* Use KPIs and sales metrics to monitor performance, providing regular reports to senior management and adjusting strategies as necessary.
* Participate in the senior management team, contributing to broader business strategies and driving company-wide performance.
The Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrated success in managing and leading sales teams, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong experience in coaching and developing sales teams to achieve growth.
* Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies that align with business objectives.
* Skilled at building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
* Capable of using data and metrics to drive performance improvements and strategic decisions.
