The Role:You will lead from the front in a store that perfectly combines technology, athletics and top-tier customer experience.
* Passion for training and development
* Professional ability to performance manage a team of upto 10 staff
* Results driven in achieving sales targets of over $2mill+ per year and maximising KPI performance
* Experience in merchandising and optimising our customer's experience
* A willingness to gain expertise in product knowledge
* Leads by example and not afraid to get your hands dirty
* Passion for health, fitness and lifestyle retail
About you:
* You'll have at least 3+ years of retail leadership experience with proven results as an SM or senior ASM
* Outgoing, fun, and hardworking with the ability to create a culture in-store
* Ability to drive and motivate people through coaching and training
* Proven results in high-achieving stores performance and results
* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team and have strong verbal and written communication.
