We are now recruiting experienced Project Managers for UK Projects, part of Computacenter’s thriving Group Professional Services Organization.

What you'll do
As a Project Manager in UK Projects, you’ll lead complex projects and programmes and your scope of activity will range from pre-sales all the way through the full project life cycle.
You’ll be responsible for:
Project Management: using a formal methodology to deliver successful engagements to external customers.
Change Management: Managing the end-to-end change process to deliver the required commercial outcome for Computacenter and our customers.
Business Management: Optimizing assignment opportunities, minimizing risk & achieving assignment outcomes.
Contract Management: Managing the assignment scope and understanding the commercial baseline, supporting, or leading the development, negotiation, and agreement of the statement of work and any subsequent changes.
Financial Management: Ensuring the successful delivery of the assignment to the agreed financial baseline to meet (or exceed) the key performance indicators.
Relationship Management: Creating and managing stakeholder relationships across Computacenter, its suppliers, and customers, ensuring that a constructive relationship is maintained.
People Management: Leading, supporting and shaping the team to ensure the successful delivery of your assignment.
What you'll need
Trained in project management methodology, for example, Prince 2 or Agile Techniques with demonstrable experience of leading large assignments and delivering high quality professional outcomes to external customers.
Experience of delivering IT projects with a Professional Services revenue of over £1 million.
Good knowledge of project management tools and desktop applications.
Confident, with demonstrable leadership and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
Able to apply influencing skills appropriately to enable the required outcomes for your stakeholders and to enable positive assignment outcomes.
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
Familiar with various technologies and able to converse confidently about technology with stakeholders.
