Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs? We are looking for a Level 3 Teaching and Learning Assistant to join a specialist SEMH and ASD provision in Oxfordshire. This role is perfect for someone who wants to empower students, boost their confidence, and help them achieve their potential.
The Role
As a Teaching and Learning Assistant, you will:
* Support children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Assist in lessons and provide tailored interventions
* Build positive relationships that inspire progress
* Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to create an inclusive learning environment
