Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday and Friday
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you have a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to support customers with their enquiries? Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, as a Customer Calls Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with housing register enquiries, maintenance requests, and rent payments. You will also provide front-of-house reception services, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
