Log all queries accurately in the HR case management system, ensuring appropriate follow-up or escalation. Provide efficient and timely administration with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Utilize process documentation and initiative to manage tasks and solve common queries. Provide high-quality administrative support, including diary management, invitations, and letter administration. Manage Workday data administration, maintain control sheets, and handle global consultation document administration. Generate reports as required.
