We’re recruiting a Lecturer in Strength and Conditioning to join our Higher Education team at Loughborough College.
The Role
Starting in September 2025, Loughborough College is launching its new BSc (Hons) in Strength and Conditioning. The Higher Education Sport Department is actively recruiting for an additional lecturer to support the Course Leader and wider teaching team in the delivery of this exciting new degree.

The Applicant
You will have a commitment to student-centered learning with teaching and curriculum design, underpinned by scholarly activity, research, and/or experience as an applied practitioner.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of a Master’s degree, with either their master’s or undergraduate degrees being within Strength and Conditioning. Ideally, they will have attained UKSCA accreditation or have the desire to undertake this process within 12 months of undertaking the role.
