Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Pay: £30,000 - £33,000 annually

Responsibilities:
Are you a proactive and organised professional ready to take on an exciting role as an Executive Assistant? Join our client in ensuring the smooth running of operations for the Chief Executive and Directors! 🌟
* Manage Diaries: Oversee shared electronic diaries, arranging meetings and appointments seamlessly. 📅
* Coordinate Meetings: Organise internal and external meetings, ensuring everything runs like clockwork-from logistics to catering!
* Documentation: Draught and distribute meeting agendas and accompanying papers while taking accurate minutes. 📝
* Support Executive Team: Assist in preparing reports, communications, and presentations, showcasing your creative flair! 🎨
* Travel Arrangements: Handle travel logistics for the Executive team, making sure every detail is covered. ✈️
Communications & Teamwork:
* Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, welcoming visitors with a smile. 😊
* Facilitate effective communication within the Executive Team and manage sensitive business matters.
* Attend and service all Board and Committee meetings, contributing to governance processes.
Due Diligence & Administration:
* Act as the Complaints Administrator and maintain policy documentation with precision.
* Ensure compliance with legal documentation retention while maintaining organised filing systems.
Training & Development:
* Stay updated on relevant legislation and complete all mandatory training.
General:
* Embrace the organisation's mission and values while maintaining professionalism.
* Engage in personal development and adapt to the evolving work environment.

Qualifications:
* Executive Assistant Diploma or extensive equivalent experience.
* Proven experience supporting executive teams and managing confidential information.
Skills & Attributes:
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to juggle priorities effectively.
* High level of ICT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office. 💻
* Approachable, proactive, and a true team player!
