What you'll be doing
As a Resource Co-Ordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Coordinates resourcing activity across one or more of the MEH Alliance Delivery Partners into roles into Hinkley Point.
* Ensures Suitably Qualified, Experienced Personnel candidates with reference to the MEH Alliance Competency.
* Share resource demand with Delivery Partners and provides visibility of resourcing pipeline against forecast and confirmed labour requirement.
* Efficiently allocate resources across the project.
* Books pre-employment technical testing for in-scope trades.
* Maintains and monitors in-house database to ensure all colleagues are onboarded with the correct in-date qualifications.
* Liaises with stakeholders and makes bookings for required inductions and necessary appointments and visits to site within tight time constraints.
* Co-ordinates responses to Mobilisation audit queries.
* Supports off-boarding activities.
* Attends recruitment events and careers fairs when necessary.
* Obtains and stores files of all relevant documentation evidence to achieve 100% compliance.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for:
* Experience of running recruitment & mobilisation activities in a high-volume environment is essential.
* Solid IT skills across full MS Office Suite, including excellent Excel and data analysis ability.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised and fast-paced environment.
* Experience in working within a Joint Venture would be an advantage.
* Experience in the Nuclear industry would be an advantage.
* Experience in a blue-collar work environment would be an advantage.
