Our graduate placement has been carefully designed to ignite your passion for Supply Chain Logistics. It’s the ideal role to bridge the gap between your academic knowledge and practical workplace experience, setting the foundations for your career.
Program Details
We have an exciting 18-month program lined up for you! You will begin your journey in Operations and then rotate between Key Account Management and Solution Design/Project Management (6 months each). The order of these rotations may vary.
Operations: Gain valuable insights, hands-on experience, and development in logistics and warehouse planning.
Key Account Management: Delve into all aspects of the function, from Customer Service to Key Account Management. You'll understand customer needs and the commercial aspects of accounts.
Solution Design/Project Management: Gain unique insights into Solution Design. You'll be involved in creating solutions for new customers and continuous improvement projects.
Development Training and Qualifications: As well as learning from our incredible team, you will undergo development training and earn qualifications that will prepare you for your first leadership role.
