Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Accurately handle payroll operations using Sage 50, ensuring timely and correct payments. Accounts Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. Credit Control: Assist with basic credit control tasks to manage accounts receivables and ensure timely collections. Database Management: Update and maintain the employee database ensuring accuracy in records. Holiday Requests Management: Process and manage employee holiday requests according to company policies. General Administration: Provide support to both the finance and HR departments with various administrative tasks. What We’re Looking For: Experience in payroll processing, ideally with proficiency in Sage 50. Understanding of accounts reconciliation and basic credit control practices. High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication skills, capable of handling both written and verbal interactions. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
