The role
Support NRWs sustainable management of natural resources by providing expert procurement and contract management guidance across diverse agreements, including procurement contracts, grants, partnerships, leases, and management agreements. Ensure policies, templates, and guidance align with EU, UK, WG, and NRW requirements, taking a risk-based approach.
Deliver specialist advice based on regulations, case law, and precedents. Support the development and implementation of NRWs Procurement and Contract Strategy, driving best practices and ensuring compliance within a robust commercial governance framework.
As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to the nearest NRW office to your home and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
