Job summary A position has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to undertake the role of a part time Practice Nurse to work alongside our current practice nurse we are ideally looking for between 20 to 25 hours. The ideal candidate should be registered with the NMC, must be working or have had practice nurse experience and provide certification of training courses undertaken for the relevant post. Main duties of the job To offer a high standard of evidence based care to patients, to include health promotion, treatment, screening and disease management.
