Early Years Practitioner Level 3 Pay £14.00 per hour Location: Failfield Contract: 3 months (with opportunity for permanent)

Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and support interventions for children aged 0-2 years, both individually and as part of a team.
Plan and deliver a range of stimulating activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Monitor and document children's progress, ensuring their feelings and wishes are represented in record keeping.
Be vigilant regarding child protection and safeguarding issues, reporting concerns to appropriate line managers as per our safeguarding policies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes for mothers and their children.
Support mothers in developing parenting skills and emotional resilience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above (Ofsted requirement).
Previous experience working in a nursery setting with children aged 0 to 5 years.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and maintain professional relationships.
Ability to focus on the child's needs and represent their feelings and wishes
