Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & client support Act as the first point of contact for new enquiries – predominantly new business Build up relationships and repeat business with new clients Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements. Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, and developers. Quoting & Estimating Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for drylining, ceilings, and fit-out projects. Assess material and labour costs to ensure competitive pricing. Work with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and availability. Project Coordination Support the operations team in managing projects from initiation to completion. Assist in planning and scheduling to ensure smooth project delivery. Provide technical input to resolve on-site challenges and variations. Market Awareness & Reporting Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments. Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management. What We’re Looking For: Experience in a technical sales, estimating, or surveying role within commercial interiors, drylining, ceilings, or fit-out. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site requirements. Ability to price jobs accurately and manage client expectations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Full UK driving license (if applicable).
