Field Sales Executive - Telecommunications
Location: Henley- on - Thames
Salary: £32,500 ( including travel allowance ) £60k Including OTE uncapped commission

Our client is seeking talented individuals to join their team in rolling out a cutting-edge Full Fibre network, delivering superior broadband across Britain. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic telecommunications company with grand ambitions nationwide.
About the Role:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our client's Full Fibre broadband services door-to-door and at various events. Your mission will be to drive growth by expanding their presence in towns and communities served by their network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct door-to-door sales in expanding territories.
* Attend events and engage with the community.
* Engage daily with both existing and potential clients.
* Secure referrals, endorsements, and introductions from existing customers.
* Identify and seize new sales opportunities effectively.
* Maintain and update customer and prospect databases regularly.
* Manage customer expectations and ensure high-quality customer care.
* Collaborate with team members to develop and refine sales strategies to drive new business.
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in direct face-to-face sales, preferably within the energy or telecommunications sectors.
* Valid UK Driver’s Licence + Your own car / transport.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong organisational and diary management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
* Committed to going the extra mile to achieve sales targets

* Competitive starting salary of £26,525
* Car Allowance of £6000 per year
* An On-Target Earnings (OTE) of approximately £60,000.
