Key Responsibilities
* Operational Support: Deliver 1st class IT operational support.
* Collaboration: Work closely with a small, specialized team to support key stakeholders and maintain exceptional IT service.
* Service Excellence: Prioritize tasks effectively and manage customer expectations, delivering technical and operational solutions within strict SLAs and deadlines.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to IT services and processes to improve reliability, performance, and security.
What You’ll Need
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office/365, Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN). Experience with storage systems and performance monitoring tools is beneficial.
* Customer Service Focus: A strong, customer-centric attitude with the ability to consistently deliver excellent service.
* ITIL Knowledge: ITIL Foundation certification is required, along with practical experience in service management.
* Team Player: Ability to build positive relationships within the team and with external partners, while providing additional support when needed.
* Flexibility: Willingness to provide out-of-hours support.

* Degree or equivalent experience
* Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
