We are now looking for a Regulatory Compliance Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.

The Role
As a Regulatory Compliance Co-ordinator, you will oversee and co-ordinate quality audit activities within our Highways department.
Specifically, you will ensure our network of technical Assessors, EQAs and IQAs meet quality standards and the department delivers on quality strategy KPIs.
Ensuring that our Provider network fully complies with our quality standards, you will monitor assessors, organising their risk assessed quality assurance and arrange assessment validation activities to ensure their compliance.
Additionally, you will:
- Process EQA reports
- Support the scheduling and delivery of EQA standardisation
- Co-ordinate the Product Management Group
- Co-ordinate Quarterly Quality Assurance Meetings
- Support the centre approval process (excluding NHSS centres)
About You
To be considered as a Regulatory Compliance Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Experience in operating quality assurance systems and processes
- Experience in analysing data to produce accurate reports
- An understanding of ISO processes relating to quality assurance
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work individually
- An understanding of contractual processes and reporting requirements
- The ability to deliver results against KPIs
