The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strong brand identity while keeping the core values in mind. This position is full-time and permanent, offering a competitive salary. Main Roles and Responsibilities: Develop a strong online brand identity. Prepare and present ideas. Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to create innovative concepts. Design ad layouts, illustrations, and other brand materials using Adobe software. Create website banners and email content. Select appropriate imagery and layouts for each design. Amend designs based on feedback. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Work with other creatives in the design team to maintain a unified vision and consistent branding. Use initiative to creatively respond to brand and social briefs. Stay updated on design and multimedia trends and the latest software developments. Present final design concepts, including specifications for fonts, images, colors, text, and layout for approval. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure content aligns with the overall strategy. Work alongside the eCommerce team to meet all creative requirements. Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Requirements, Skills, and Experience: Experience working for a clothing brand, preferably in activewear. Minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Proficient in Adobe applications, especially Illustrator and Photoshop. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. An 'ideas person' with a can-do attitude. Passionate about design with a keen eye for graphics. Excellent attention to detail. Strong image editing skills.
