The post holder may work across the Hillingdon and Mount Vernon Hospital sites, as both are part of the same trust or for rotation out to our community partners CNWL. The rotation pathways may be pre-set at appointment, and can be subject to change according to service need. Job Summary To provide effective client centred occupational therapy service to patients who may have complex needs in your current area of rotation in accordance with the College of Occupational Therapists Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct To devise, implement and evaluate individual treatment and intervention To work effectively and efficiently on an individual and team level within a multi-disciplinary team and maintain clear communication networks with staff, patients and carers To build partnerships with and network with colleagues across health, social care and education with voluntary and statutory agencies, and work in partnership with relevant community resources Participate in the inpatient physio and OT weekend working rota (where applicable).
