If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our dedicated team as a Compassionate Project Worker.
As a Project Worker, you will provide housing and recovery support to Service Users of all ages who have had a history of alcohol and drug misuse and possibly challenging and negative behaviours, through to those who are abstinent and preparing for independence with the support of our client’s recovery housing model.
Working within a challenging environment you will support individuals residing in the project. You will develop integrated, recovery infrastructures that engage, support, and navigate individuals from the vulnerability of addiction to established well being and meaningful activity in the community.

· Have use of your own transport or have the ability to travel freely on public transport.
· The ability to build trusting relationships based on empathy, respect, and non-judgmental support.
· Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation of services provided.
· UK work experience.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, addictions is essential.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
· Excellent communication and active listening skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Understanding of trauma-informed care principles and harm reduction strategies.
