Job Description J.P.Morgan Payments is on a multi-year journey to revolutionise our Global Funds Control processes. This involves not only re-platforming onto strategic technology, but also rethinking the decision-making process to determine if a client has sufficient liquidity to make a payment. As Product Business Analyst within Liquidity and Account Solutions, you will play a key part of the initiative, working with global and functional partners across Payments, Liquidity, Technology, Operations and Client Service as well as other lines of business. You will identify the current and desired future approaches and translate them into detailed requirements for Technology to build upon. You will gain exposure to the funds flow process across all lines of business globally and understand how the design of our Liquidity and Account Services products influence the determination of available funds. You will develop a deep knowledge of the Liquidity & Account Services business as we design new capabilities to enable our clients to take even greater control of their corporate treasury structures. Job Responsibilities Liaises between Product, Technology and other partners to understand demands Interprets and critically evaluates business needs and translates into detailed requirements documentation Breaks down larger initiatives into epics and stories, and defines user acceptance criteria Collaborates with Product owners and Technology on prioritisation and backlog maintenance Evaluates new demands and identifies appropriate prioritisation relative to existing backlog Identifies and escalates potential roadblocks and dependencies Becomes a subject matter expert on the Funds Control process Contributes new insights and suggestions for feature development Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills Business Analyst skills with background in requirements documentation Excellent written and verbal communication Proven planning, organizational, and time management skills Ability to influence and work closely with stakeholders Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills Prior knowledge of Payments business preferred Knowledge of Credit beneficial Knowledge of Virtual Solutions beneficial Basic knowledge of agile development methodologies Experience with Jira, Visio / Lucid, Confluence and similar collaboration technologies ABOUT US J.P.
