Description
REFY are seeking a Project Assistant to join our NPD team. The Project Assistant will support the Project Manager driving the new product development forward whilst regularly reviewing and updating the wider cross-divisional teams.
You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Project Management within the beauty industry whilst gaining 360 insight into cross-divisional ways of working within a fast growing, forward thinking environment that thinks brand first.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide weekly reports on portfolio progress flagging key risks to the Project Manager
2. Request critical paths from suppliers for NPD projects
3. Regularly track and keep Risk Register up to date
4. Keep our Project Management platform up to date and amended where required
5. Pull together launch overviews including key successes and lessons
6. Assist Procurement Executive on onboarding of new suppliers
7. Assist on sample approval of pre-production samples
8. Assist on order tracking requests for documentation where needed
9. Assist with updating all internal and external documents relating to product.
10. Ensure reference samples are put away in the correct location and clear view on where everything is stored
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
1. Comfortable in using Microsoft Excel
2. Interest in or foundational knowledge of Project Management and the Beauty industry
3. Experience with or willingness to learn Project Management tools such as Asana or others similar
4. A focus on delivering accurate and quality work with attention to detail
5. Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and a flexible team player
6. A progressive and innovative thinker who enjoys process development
