My client is looking for an Administrator/HR Assistant to work at a School around the Caerphilly area. This is a Full-time Maternity cover Position to start ASAP initially for 12 months on a fixed term contract.
Working hours:
8am-4pm (Monday-Thursday)
8am-3:30pm (Friday)
HR experience/knowledge would be very beneficial for this role although they would have support and guidance from CCBC HR department.
The role consists of the following:
1. PA to the headteacher
2. Liaising with Governors and governor support
3. Minute taking
4. Liaising with CCBC HR department
5. GDPR
6. Preparing job adverts
