If so, please apply below to avoid missing out The Opportunity Due to increased expansion, our client a leading engineering consultant are looking to add an assistant project manager to their existing team to work hybrid out of London. The remit is to deliver the future Product Development, trailing and deployment activities to deliver an end-to-end Remote Securing APP/APP2i solution across Network Rail throughout CP7. Contract - This role has been deemed inside IR35 Duration: 12 months (minimum) Location: London - Hybrid Your duties and responsibilities will be Engage with regional deployment leads, key stakeholders, and trade union colleagues to agree scope & boundaries of trial & develop plans. Complete CSM and safety assurance activities as required by regional trial activities. Follow governance & assurance processes to enable trial activities. Review existing trial area substation equipment from the connection boundary with telecoms, to the DLR and document evidence of reliability to meet Safety Function requirements. Develop remits to enable any enhancement necessary between the connection boundary with telecoms and the DLR to enable the SIL level of the safety functions to be maintained end-to-end. Engage with a delivered to support the above trial area infrastructure changes through PACE and trial and to hand-back to the relevant maintenance organisation. Follow recording, reporting & escalation procedures required for trial. Engage with regional deployment leads, key stakeholders, and trade union colleagues to agree scope & boundaries of deployment & develop plans. Complete CSM activities as required by regional deployment activities. Follow governance & assurance processes to enable deployment activities. Identify & inform changes required to key policy, procedure, and process documents to support implementation of the Remote Securing APP/APP2i solution. Follow recording, reporting & escalation procedures required for deployment.You will have the following qualifications & experience Should ideally be qualified by Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar, although plenty of relevant experience ill be considered. Experience working on key rail infrastructure projects, ideally Network Rail Experience with SCADA network and rail systemsIt’s great if you also have the following APM membershipThe setting for the role Risks and Hazards are in line with working on a nuclear licenced site. These can include, nuclear fuel, radiation, chemicals and gasses, high voltage equipment, moving vehicles, flammable materials, high pressure circuits, steam, high noise and vibration levels. A full site induction will be provided and all safety requirements must be adhered to when entering the site.
