Sales Administrator required. This is a new role due to growth, based at a company in Worksop supporting the sales team as a Sales Administrator in a fast-paced, expanding company. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who has a passion for sales. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their sales and administration career in international trade, logistics, and customs operations. Market Research & Analysis: Assist in gathering market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform go-to-market strategies. Sales Pipeline Support: Help the sales team by assisting with lead generation, managing customer data, tracking sales progress, and ensuring smooth transitions between marketing, sales, and client relations teams. Customer Engagement: Support customer outreach and relationship-building efforts, ensuring clear communication and a strong understanding of our services. Service Presentation: Assist in preparing tailored proposals that meet client needs and showcase offerings. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing communication, and maintaining documentation. Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and clients. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Previous experience in sales administration or customer service in a related industry is a MUST. A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt. Monday – Friday, 8:30AM-5PM
