The business are an SME sitting as part of a wider group and can offer excellent exposure and responsibility Having placed the Finance Director & Management Accountant, we know them well - they have an excellent culture and chance for someone to join a really excellent team and business Role: Assisting Management Accountant with month end tasks as required Bank reconciliations, processing bank payments in various currencies Assisting with any projects within finance and any ad hoc requests from the FD Ownership of transactional duties including credit control and payroll processes Submitting payroll to payroll company including all reporting and consolidation of data across pay, bonus, shift patterns Credit control duties engaging with customers to manage accounts receivable ledger Assisting with cashflow reporting Liaising with members of the wider business to resolve discrepancies in any areas of finance Matching unallocated cash, maintaining clean debtors ledger and posting debit notes Sales ledger reporting, reviewing customer credit limits Experience: You must have AT LEAST 2 years experience in a finance role Either studying AAT L2/L3 OR experienced with no AAT Able to use initiative and communicate effectively with all levels Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot issues and resolve A team player who is keen to help with duties outside of your job spec when required In return you will get to work in a great business, great team offering a great package.
