Activities of the team/department that this role will operate in:
Commercial lead for multiple Surfacing schemes and frameworks operating in the South East reporting directly to the commercial manager.
Purpose of the role and your responsibilities:
1. Monitoring of costs & maximising value
2. Managing key Supply Chain Partners accounts and subcontracts
3. Preparation of cost/value information for periodic/monthly reporting requirements
4. Prepare accurate forecast with contracts managers for budget setting
5. Financial assessments through to final accounts
6. SCP sub-contract order preparation & assisting with procurement
7. Responsible for change management and valuation of change
8. Other duties that may be required as part of the commercial function.
Formal qualifications required:
NEC4 contract experience is crucial to this role.
BSc Hons degree in Quantity Surveying
Full driving licence

Experience required:
