The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation, planning and management of the delivery of a comprehensive and effective CT Service within the Radiology, Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering Directorate.
We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and experienced radiographer to fill the role of modality Superintendent for the CT service. Working as part of the wider superintendent body you will provide clinical leadership to our friendly and hardworking team based at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.
This role is suited to an experienced radiographer seeking to enhance their professional development by utilising their management skills within an established team., The post holder will have an innovative and flexible approach to problem-solving with the confidence to work within a busy hospital as they will lead on issues of training, recruitment/selection, equipment selection, rotas and will have an influence on the onward strategy of the modality.
The post holder would work with the Professional Head of Radiography and the Clinical Director to deliver a high quality, comprehensive service.
