Responsibilities
> A KS1 teacher in Olney will be responsible for looking after the children while in their classroom. This includes KCSIE and any Safeguarding concerns you might need to address following the correct procedures
> You will also be responsible for Leading the lesson, following the lesson plan and teaching the children to the best of your abilities.
> Controlling and managing the behaviour of students In the classroom is very important in creating a good learning environment so following the school's set out procedures is very important.
> Creating an enjoyable environment for children to feel happy and interested in the work set out for them
Things KS1 teachers in Olney will need
> An Enhanced DBS certificate
> A minimum of 3 months working in education
> Fantastic Behaviour management skills
> Amazing knowledge of Safeguarding
