Specialist Claimant PI NQ - CardiffChadwick Nott have received instruction for an ambitious and motivated NQ Solicitor to join a leading 'Top 100' law firm in their Cardiff office. Our client is a heavyweight firm with a strong, national profile, including for their market leading Claimant PI work. This is a new vacancy within one of their specialist teams where the focus is on claims arising from accidents abroad, a harmful product or abuse. This role will primarily involve assisting senior lawyers within the group in running a group action seeking to secure compensation for clients affected by the disruption in their supply of life sustaining parenteral nutrition manufactured by Calea. There is also scope to work on other product liability cases and develop your own caseload.With centrally located and impressive offices close to Cardiff central station, an NQ injury solicitor would be hard placed to find a better opportunity in South Wales.The successful candidate will be working within a busy claimant team, and it is desired, that you will have had a solid training seat in personal injury with a sound knowledge of the CPR rules.Given the nature of the role and sensitive issues involving emotional and vulnerable clients, exceptional client care skills are essential.
