We are seeking a highly motivated Scheduling Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team at Lloyds Clinical. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to the nurse scheduling process, acting as a key point of communication between nursing staff, patients, and the planning team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and scheduling support, ensuring the smooth operation of nurse schedules. Additionally, you will oversee the first point of quality assurance for workforce management software submissions, while ensuring compliance with clinical standards and legislative guidelines. About You
To succeed in this role, you'll be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your excellent organisational skills allow you to efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Technologically proficient, you are comfortable using various software and systems to support scheduling and operational processes. You approach challenges with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, ensuring that issues are resolved swiftly and effectively. Adaptable and flexible, you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with a team to achieve shared goals. Ideally, you have experience working in a healthcare setting, with a customer-focused mindset and a background in scheduling or resource planning.
