This role is currently offered on a part time (basis) but has the opportunity to become full time. We are seeking a proficent, experienced and enthusiatic Business Administrator to join our office team. Candidates must have experience of successfully leading and maintaining a busy office within a small /medium business; prioritising and managing their workload and completing tasks to deadlines. Candidates should be able to competently work with microsoft applications and maintain personal information in line with data protection regulations. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of their effectiveness in business administration and understand how pivotal their role is in supporting the overall running of a small/medium business. Responsibilities of the Business Administrator Responsibile for communication, customer service and day to day interactions with a variety of stakeholders through a variety of mediums, for example telephone, email, internal communication systems, newsletters, social media Managing bookings and invoicing parents/carers and clients Delivering on a variety of administrative tasks across finance, health and safety, compliance, human resources, IT and staff training from time to time within a month Planning, organising and managing workload independantly and working collaborative with colleagues to achieve deadlines Supporting with procurement and stock control Oversee the management of business communication and ensuring effective mail management systems and processes are in place.
