General Roles and Responsibilities To provide administrative support to all aspects of office activities covering the technical and customer care departments. Specific Duties Be responsible for distributing and maintaining new and existing drawings for your allocated sites Maintain and distribute the drawing registers as required Take and issue minutes in the bi-weekly production meetings Monitor the Customer Services Inbox. Receive and log defects in line with the SLA timescales for your allocated sites Liaise with site teams to ensure inspections and works are booked in within the agreed SLA timescales for your allocated sites Liaise with housebuilders to provide feedback on all jobs for your allocated sites Provide feedback to the Customer Care Manager and report any complaints Qualifications / Skills Required Organisational/Administration background Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook Worked in a time critical environment Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Proven ability to work collaboratively Proven ability to work independently, prioritise work and take initiative to find solutions to problems Proven ability to remain calm, measured and resilient in challenging situations Experience of working in the construction industry What we offer 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
