Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic individual passionate about supporting children in their learning journey? We are seeking a committed KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic primary school in Harlow, Essex.
The Role:
As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of KS2 pupils.
* Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons and activities.
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to the teacher.
* Support children in developing their confidence, social skills, and independence.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a caring and proactive individual who:
* Has experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting.
* Demonstrates a genuine passion for education and supporting young learners.
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is patient, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Holds relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3) or equivalent experience (preferred but not essential).
* Has a positive attitude and a commitment to promoting the wellbeing of all pupils.
