Full-Time / Permanent Role
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6am – 2.30pm
Role Summary
To provide professional and efficient administrative support and people management to the warehouse management team to ensure internal and external customer service excellence, supporting the management of the goods flow pipeline for finished goods from production to dispatch between sites.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
1. Administer the booking in and dispatch process
2. Ongoing weekly and monthly stock check
3. Investigate stock discrepancies
4. Work with 3rd party transport
5. Monitor inbound and outbound delivery schedules
6. Manage and file all paperwork to ensure compliance to ISO and FSC
7. Control of daily inventory checks across Roberts Mart
8. Collect data for KPI reporting
9. Liaise with ordering team for PPE
10. Ordering collection for waste
11. Support with RTW and investigation interviews
12. Completion of daily/weekly reports
13. Attend team meetings as required
14. Conduct verbal and written handovers as requested
15. Carry out racking inspections when required (training will be provided)
16. Complete near miss reporting

1. Inventory experience preferable
