This role is based in Colchester and offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right approach and application to join an exciting company as they rapidly expand nationwide. Day-to-day of the role: Negotiate purchasing agreements to ensure the best deal for the business Provide support to both managers and estimators in their pricing and queries Serve as a point of contact for their suppliers, helping to deliver their message to staff and customers Attend events, shows, and exhibitions to network and identify further possibilities for better deals Work alongside the Product File team to create pricing structures that enable their staff to trade competitively Identify new product ranges and suppliers that will provide futureproofing for the years to come Provide direct assistance to the Commercial Director with support from other Commercial Managers. Required Skills & Qualifications: A good level of competency with Excel Experience in either a similar role or a related industry is preferred Key personality traits include a keen grasp of numbers and an enthusiastic, dynamic, ‘can do’ attitude.
