Customer Experience Executive waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position:
Position: Customer Experience Executive
Location: Stockport/ Office based
Length: Permanent
Hours: Full Time
The role will predominantly involve:
* Communicating with internal and external customers via phone and email
* Managing communication lines such as WhatsApp, emails, calls and online presence
* Completing HR related enquiries, including contracts, references and P45’s
* Dealing with queries relating to payments, expenses, and payslips
* Addressing any queries and complaints regarding payslips and payments
* Enabling smooth invoicing and timely payments
* Keeping up to date with general administration duties
