As a Device-as-a-Service Solutions & Services Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving Services in our SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise and Public Sector segments. You will report into the UK & I Solutions & Services Channel Leader.
You will be responsible for:
* Providing domain specialist overlay support to our customer Account Management teams and takes ownership for managing the customer relationship to generate demand for and ultimately transact complex services solutions which deliver desired outcomes to the customer.
* Building and coordinating a high performing team to design solutions that maximize value for the customer and Lenovo.
* Identifying and creating sales strategies and opportunities that generate additional revenue with existing and new accounts, as well as qualifying a broad range of opportunities together with the account teams.
* Focusing on larger deals primarily for TruScale solutions but utilizing Lenovo’s full portfolio of offerings, augmented by industry best-practice offerings.
* Establishing a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with clients and developing a deep understanding of the unique business needs and customer expectations.
* Acting as an interface for local Sales teams, Business Partners and Key Stakeholders inclusive of Lenovo’s executives.
* Taking all applicable opportunities through mandated deal Governance, ensuring every opportunity is financially healthy and aligned to Lenovo’s growth strategy.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience of selling professional and managed IT services into the corporate segment.
* Full professional fluency in English.
* Effective territory & account management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, value engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management.
* Ability to present the business value of Lenovo's solutions and to pitch at the right level to a wide range of key stakeholders from CXO to Technical to Finance.
* Capable of being seen as a thought leader and trusted advisor to our customers.
* Has a proven pedigree of leading large IT projects and deals, whether those are consulting, pre and post-sales transformational IT services or IT design and build projects in IT departments.
* Familiarity with selling security, sustainability & Generative AI solutions is advantageous.
