Salary and benefit – £14k basic with a £16k OTE
A superb opportunity has become available to join our clients Letting Support Centre as a Customer Service Representative. As well as providing legal administration and client account support, you will be receiving and making calls to/from new/existing customers in addition to the letting’s retail branch network. You’ll ensure the best quality of customer service and have a passion for customer service.
Contract and Hours
37.5 Hours Per Week
0700 – 1900 – Flexible Working Hours
Permanent, Full Time
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
1. Receiving inbound calls – delivering an exceptional customer service
2. Work and adhere to legal policies and company criteria
3. Participate in team meetings and briefings
Requirements:
1. Please note that experience of working in a target driven atmosphere is desirable but not essential
2. Retain ability to build rapport with clients
3. Demonstrate a professional telephone etiquette
4. Be positive, passionate and able to adapt to changing legal policies
5. Educated to minimum of GCSE Grade C and be PC literate including MS Office packages
