Business Support Assistant (Full-Time, Temporary – 6 Months)
About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Assistant to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to vital administrative operations, supporting a vital team and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes. The role will be based on-site and requires a candidate with Excel skills and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records on an inhouse database
Scan and email contracts accurately.
Draft and type professional letters.
Support the team with a variety of general administrative tasks.
Ensure all duties are performed in line with procedural guidelines.Location: Office-based (own car required).
Requirements:
Valid DBS check.
Access to your own vehicle (essential for the role).
Previous admin experience and proven proficiency in Excel.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and confident in asking questions to clarify tasks.
Availability to work 9:00 am–5:00 pm (7.5 hours per day), with potential flexibilityDetails:

Duration: 6 months (covering a secondment)
Hourly Rate: £13–£14
