We are recruiting for a sales orientated customer service person who enjoys the challenge of upselling for this great organisation in the Welwyn Garden City area.
You will be responsible for generating sales and revenue, making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to solicit customer's orders, and upselling and promotions of the product range.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate revenue and profit for inside sales customers
* Support sales promotions and upsell against targets
* Resolve customer queries and process their orders accurately
* Update products on website and ordering app
* Complete relevant documentation regarding customer interactions as required.
* Provide excellent customer service to our clients in accordance with service level targets.
* Provide a cohesive service between customers, drivers, and distribution centre.
* Provide sales support to the sales teams to achieve overall targets.
* Promote new and existing products to customers.
* Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and guide them towards purchases.
As with all sales roles, this is a target driven environment where your activity is monitored as a gauge of your performance.
Upselling ability is required together with a GCSE level of education, good numeric and literacy ability.
Working Hours:
Sundays 10am – 4pm, Monday – Thursday 10am – 6pm. Once you have passed your initial training and have sign off from the Manager, you will be able to work from home on a Sunday. Tuesday - Thursday you will be expected in the office.
Compensation:
The basic pay of £27000 is offered together with a bonus (paid quarterly), 20 days holiday plus 3 wellness days and Bank Holidays, and free car parking.
