The role We are looking for 360 recruitment consultants with the tenacity and ability to build an extraordinary network. We have the tools to help you do this at a global reach, you just need to take charge and make it happen. The team is highly collaborative and works at pace on projects all over the world. You will be responsible for full 360-degree recruitment activity. You will build strong partner relationships with clients and contractors and develop a strong understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and what they are looking for. You will generate new business, using your market knowledge, leveraging your network and client relationships, develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients. In addition, you will cross-sell the broader NP Group product offering. As a specialist in technology recruitment, you will focus in recruiting for DevOps Talent. To those ends, we look for the following in you: You’re a driven and passionate technology recruiter who takes a huge amount of pride in doing a job well You have some experience in DevOps recruitment and business generation. You are able to communicate effectively with your colleagues, your clients and candidates. You practice active listening and have some good negotiation skills. You have some experience in negotiating and agreeing terms of business and recruitment fees with clients You have extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and jobboards to advertise roles and search for candidates You organise your time effectively to be more productive.
