About the Role: Work with children with a range of needs, helping to develop their confidence, teamwork, and physical abilities. Plan and deliver engaging sports activities tailored to individual and group needs. Support the wider school environment, contributing to positive behavioural and social development. Collaborate with teaching staff and other support workers to provide holistic support for students. The Ideal Candidate: A recent graduate with a background in sports coaching, physical education, or a related field. Experience (formal or informal) working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN, is desirable. A confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
