You will work closely with managers and employees, providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR. Responsibilities Included:
Managing the Request to Recruit (RTR) process to ensure compliance and timeliness.
Coordinating recruitment activities, from job specification creation to interview scheduling and candidate screening.
Overseeing global onboarding materials and delivering a seamless onboarding experience.
Coaching line managers on low-level employee relations cases and supporting with ER meetings.
Conducting audits and maintaining HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws
Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Partner with line managers to drive engagement, retention, and people development strategies.
Drive HR initiatives, including well being, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement programs.
Support HR projects such as workforce planning, organisational change, and policy development.
