We’re excited to announce an opportunity within our Asset Management and Improvement team for a dedicated Resident Engagement Officer!
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work with and assist tenants and residents to bring about social change and improve the quality of services in their local area, conducting community participation work to actively engage communities around building safety and compliance matters.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience of service delivery to tenants, leaseholders, communities, and local organisations within a multi-cultural setting.
* Must have experience of success in positive tenant involvement using community development processes, working co-operatively with a wide range of agencies.
* You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of undertaking community development work.
* To hold an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook etc and be able to translate data into graphics and have excellent social media skills to assist in community development initiatives.
* Have effective communication skills both verbally and written.
* Able to work to deadlines and be able to work in a pressurised environment.
Qualifications
* Literacy and numeracy level 2 or equivalent.
