Our Groups, Conference and Events Executive play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience. They have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach, and a willingness to exceed our guest expectations. They are the real ambassadors of our company, committed to consistently delivering high standards.
Day to Day Duties:
* Handling all conference and events sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures and the hotel's selling strategy.
* Managing event lead portals with a prompt and proactive approach.
* Conduct thorough show rounds of the hotel with both potential and existing clients.
* Provide best in class customer service whilst supporting clients with the planning stage of the events.
* Ensure all information regarding events is communicated effectively to the operations team.
* Maximise revenue opportunities and support further sales activities within the hotel.
* Support the hotel in identifying and collecting sales leads enquiries and cascading as appropriate.
* Grow and develop existing customers through regular contact, meetings, and follow-up calls.
* Proactively market the image of the Hotel, company and the brand through quality customer care standards.
* Provide guests with information to enhance the guest experience.
