With 10,500registered patients and the current team comprises of four GP partners, onesalaried GP, two advanced nurse practitioners and a compliment of practice nurses,health care assistants, a care coordinator and a social prescriber.
Cliniciansmeet daily over coffee to discuss clinical issues, offer support and chat.
We host anaudiology service for our registered patients as well as local practices, alongsidefirst contact physiotherapy sessions.

Main duties of the job
Working as an autonomous practitioner you will be responsible for the provision of medical services to your personal list of patients.
* You will deliver an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract, participate in enhanced services and the achievement of QoF targets.
* You will participate in the covering the duty doctor session on a rotational basis, which includes a 6.30pm finish
* You will offer genericprescribing, adhering to local and national guidance
* Maintainaccurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy andguidance
* Workcollaboratively with practice team and wider PCN team.
* Adhereto best practice recommended through clinical guidelines and the auditprocess
* Attendand contribute effectively to practice meetings as required
* Ensure compliance with the appraisal process
* Provide reports for employers,solicitors and insurance companies and complete medical certificates, benefitagency forms etc.
* Ensure that all work carried outwhich carries a private fee is properly recouped and accounted for.
* Prepareand complete the revalidation process
* Committo self-learning and instil an ethos of continuing professional developmentacross the practice team
* Supportthe training of medical students from all clinical disciplines
* Supportthe partners in achieving the strategic aims of the practice.

Job responsibilities
To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for theprovision of medical services to the practice population, delivering anexcellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract.
