We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to earn £30,000 per annum. Training is included to prepare you for this role. Customer Service Advisor role: You will receive, record and assess requests for policing services and provide resolution where appropriate. You will deal with calls calmly, quickly and professionally, every time, taking accurate details, assessing the level of urgency required, giving the right information and potentially making life or death decisions. In additions to being the first point of contact for the public, you will provide operational support for front line officers at the scene of incidents utilising state of the art technology.
