Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Norwell, MA for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing customer-focused service. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting customers, managing service appointments, coordinating aftersales service, and maintaining clear and effective communication with customers and the service team.

* Experience in Aftersales service
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
* Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
